Gourd Leaves and Prawn Paste Recipe

Ingredients:
Chingri / prawn 200gms
yellow mustard seed 1tsp
Black mustard seed 1/2tsp
Lau pata chopped 1small bowl
Salt as per taste
Turmeric powder
Green chili
Description:
At first make a smooth paste of mustard seed and green chili. Clean and devein the prawns. Heat a pan and add mustard oil. In the oil add 1/4tsp of kalonji/ kalo jeera and a green chili. After that add the mustard paste, turmeric powder and salt. Add a little water and chopped lau pata. Cover and cook. Add the prawns and again cover and cook. Add water as required. Once done add some raw mustard oil and serve hot with plain rice. ENJOY.......
