Nakamichi DRAGON : Serviced. These operations performed:
transport disassembled, cleaned and relubed;
azimuth parts disassembled, cleaned and relubed;
belts replaced (OEM);
idle tire replaced (OEM);
pinch rollers checked and cleaned;
all pots and switches deoxited;
tape path alignment checked and corrected;
heads demagnetized;
playback speed (3kHz) checked and corrected;
playback levels (80Hz, 1kHz, 15kHz) checked and corrected;
azimuth (1kHz, 15kHz) checked and corrected;
record levels for all tape types supported checked and corrected, using embedded calibration module;
erasing for all tape types checked and fixed (orange cap replaced);
all deck functions checked.
