When all else fails - the choice of prayer (ASMR friendly)

What we attend to is emphasised before our eyes, so, if we judge something 'bad' it will probably seem worse. Prayer can reverse the process. Instead of dwelling on negativity, we can return to light. Furthermore, 'To make whole, be whole' implies a whole life's re-orientation.
