Learn how to make the simple Korean dish "Dubu Kimchi". Dubu Kimchi is tofu with stir-fried Kimchi and Pork, and it goes great with a cold beer or a nice white wine.
I have been living in Korea for nearly half my life and I am sharing some of my favorite Korean dishes every week. Follow along with me and let's cook these together. It is so easy and I will show you how.

Kimchi Dubu 김치두부

200g Kimchi 김치
300g Tofu 두부
200g Pork 돼지고기
1T Red Pepper Flakes 고추가루
1/2tsp Brown Sugar 흑설탕
1tsp Sesame Seeds 참깨
1T Sesame Oil 참기름
Salt 소금

Cut the tofu into thick pieces. Roughly slice the Kimchi.
두부는 굵게 썰어주시고 김치는 대충 썰어주세요
Salt the tofu on both sides, then let it sit for 10 minutes.
두부를 양쪽에 소금에 절인 다음 10분 동안 놔둡니다
Remove excess moisture from the tofu with a paper towel.
종이 타월로 두부의 과도한 수분을 제거합니다
Fry the tofu on both sides until it turns golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside for later.
두부를 노릇노릇해질 때까지 양쪽에 볶습니다. 팬에서 꺼내고 나중을 위해 따로 보관하세요
Fry the pork on a medium heat until it starts turning brown.
돼지고기를 중간 불에서 갈색으로 변하기 시작할 때까지 튀깁니다
Add the Kimchi and fry for 5 minutes, then add the red pepper flakes and sugar.
김치를 넣고 5분간 볶다가 고춧가루와 설탕을 넣습니다
Continue cooking for another few minutes then turn off the heat and add the sesame oil.
몇 분간 더 요리한 후 불을 끄고 참기름을 넣습니다
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve. Enjoy.
참깨를 뿌려 대접합니다
