Powdered gelatin . .10g
2 tablespoons water

［Cheesecake]
Cream cheese ...100g
Granulated sugar ... 40g
Sour cream ... 90g
Drained yogurt ... 20g
Fresh cream ... 50ml
Lemon juice ...1/2 tsp
White chocolate ...20g
1/4 vanilla bean
Powdered gelatin ...5g
1 tablespoon whipping cream

［Preparation Method]
