In order to uncover the mystery of the canopy ecology, Shei-Pa National Park entrusted Hsu Hong-long, to make the ecological film "The Shengleng Forest Canopy". It took two years to film.

The film won 4 international film awards, including the WorldFest-Houston International Film Festival "Platinum Award" in the Nature and Environment category, "Best Documentary Award" in The Best Shorts Competition of the USA, the "Humanitarian Short Film Award", and "Best Documentary" in The Accolade Competition.
