UpsideDown Productions performs 'Don't Give Up Now- The Malla Moe story,' a true story about hardship, endurance and missions.

This is the true story of a young Malla Moe (Petra Malena), who was born on September 12, 1863, in Hafslo, Norway. After the death of her Father, she left for America. In Chicago, she is confronted by several preachers, including R.A. Torrey, D.L. Moody and Frederick Franson. After some time, Malla finally agrees to go to Swaziland.

Malla and her gospel wagon helped to pioneer the Swazi mission field before the second Boer War. Her work and her legacy in missions continue to this day.

This play toured North America for our 2018/19 season and saw nearly 100 performances predominantly in schools and churches. If you'd be interested in a performance of this nature, please contact us through our website.
