Can we beat Pokemon Black as a Hardcore Cagelocke?

Hardcore Nuzlocke Rules:
If a Pokemon faints in battle it is considered dead and you can no longer use it.
You may only catch the first Pokemon you encounter in a route/area.
You are not allowed to use any healing items in battle.
You can not use a Pokemon that is a higher level than the gym leader's highest
Battle style must be set to set.
There are more rules. If they come up we will bring them up.

Cagelocke Rules:
We aren't doing a normal cagelocke...
After every gym battle you must select a Pokemon to send into a cagematch.
-1 on 1 battles.
-3 rounds for each cagematch. Every person battles each other.
A Pokemon can only fight in 2 cagematches total (Final fight does not count.)
If a Pokemon wins their 2 rounds they receive a perk.
Perks to choose from: (each perk can only be chosen once per Pokemon)
1. Custom item: You may gen in an item for your Pokemon to use. (Single use items are unlimited with this perk.)
2. Custom move: Put any move you want on this Pokemon (even if they can't normally learn it.) (Everyone must agree on the move so there are restrictions.)
3. Ability change: Put whatever ability you want on a Pokemon (even if they don't normally have it.) (Everyone must agree on ability so there are restrictions.)
After beating the champion there will be a final fight:
-6 vs 6 battle, any alive Pokemon is useable.
-there are 2 rounds. The person with the most cagematch wins instantly goes to the finals. The other two battle 6 vs 6 and the winner moves to the final round. (We don't know what happens if there is a tie in cagematch wins yet... we're hoping that doesn't happen.)
There are other rules that are brought up when required.
