Masala sprice mix:
Salt 1/4
Oregano 1 tbs
Tatri half tsp
Red chilli flakes 1tsp
Red chilli powder 1/4tsp
Texas burger 1tbs
Tikka masala 1/4tsp

For marination:
Beef mince 500g
Egg whole 1
Black pepper powder 1 and half tsp
Salt as per your taste
Bread crumbs for binding 6 or 8 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Oil 1tbsp
Red chilli flakes 1/2 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1/4tsp
Tikka masala 1/4tsp
Dhaniya powder 1/2tbsp

For cheese sauce:
Oil 4 tbsp
Red chilli fakes 1tbsp
Cream 1 box
Milk 2 or 3 cups
Oregano 1tsp
Black pepper powder as per your taste
Chopped olives
Chopped jelepenos
Peri peri masala (optional)
Cheese slice as much as you want
