Full team of Always ready Club boys head up to Irvine where they compete in the SBF Games Battle On The West Coast. The day consisted of 4 workouts with different exercises to complete in a time cap/max reps.

The last workout ended on the beach - something a little different to what we are used to, but thats what its all about!

Thanks to Scott who put on the event, everything ran smoothly all day and it was good listening to some of the stories he had from all his Ultras racing.
