Pre Warm Up:

Main Structured Warm-Up:
3:00 Don't touch the ball
3:52 Practice Half Flips!
4:18 Ceiling to wall
4:23 Flying back and forth from goal posts
4:55 Car Dribbles (avoid spawning it, naturally pick it up)
5:10 Carry the ball on one side then to the other
6:02 Hit the ball up in the air and catching it
6:35 Do the Steam packs on PC to get better
7:30 Pop the ball and Air Dribble (best recommendation is this right here)

9:51 Good to see GCs and SSLs miss the ball on occasion
