At only 6 months old, Tobias had already developed a fear of humans. Any new experience, small or large, could send him lunging to the ground - clinging to any surface for safety.

Tobi is just one of many fearful, under-socialized dogs that will need our help this year. Cases like these require the dedication and patience of our skilled trainers, who work one-on-one with behaviorally challenged animals until they are ready to find new homes. Often, these animals take double the amount of resources (time and money) than homeless animals without behavioral needs.
