This Core workout is only 15 minutes and requires no equipment! Let get it DONE!!!

Workout Breakdown:

WARM UP BEFORE

-Table Top Marches: 20 reps
-Opposite Arm/Leg Raises: 10 reps per side
-Knee to Chest: 20 reps
-Side to Side Crunches with Knees Raised: 20 reps

Repeat the circuit 3 times, if you have time go for 4 sets.

Rest 1-2 minute after the circuit.

Cool Down:
Perform static stretches for the core, including a kneeling torso stretch, seated spinal twist, and child's pose, to help relax the muscles and improve flexibility.

Remember to maintain proper form throughout each exercise, focusing on engaging the core muscles and moving with control. Adjust the number of repetitions and sets according to your fitness level, and listen to your body to prevent any discomfort or strain.
