My name is CF. We will be having a walking tour at Geylang Serai, which is located in the Central Region of Singapore. We start the walk outside Paya Lebar station and we will walk along Geylang Road before reaching Geylang Serai. Hari Raya Aidilfitri falls on May 3, 2022 and it is celebrated by Muslims worldwide. Geylang Serai is having a Hari Raya street light up until May 8. We will be walking in the streets of Geylang Serai to view the beautiful street light up and check out a Ramadan bazaar which returns after 2 years. Geylang is perhaps best known as a red-light district, particularly the areas along Geylang Road. Geylang is also where one of Singapore's oldest Malay settlements, Geylang Serai, is located. During Ramadan, the neighbourhood is famous for it’s popular and iconic Ramadan lights and bazaar.
