Here is a quick little demonstration video on how to change out the battery in your Renault key card when the battery is dead or weak. The real trick is to pry the locking tab on either side of the battery tray to the outer side and slide out the tray. If the tray doesn't come out easy, then tab still has it locked in place. It should slide out very easy.
