9. *Selection Process:* The applications are scrutinized at the district and state levels, and eligible projects are then forwarded to banks for financial assistance.

10. *Repayment:* The loan is to be repaid within 3 to 7 years, depending on the nature of the activity and the repayment capacity of the beneficiary.
