East and West float, 12 Quays Ferry Terminal, Jesse Hartley's Hydraulic Tower, the gigantic grain warehouses, now converted into apartments, as well as bridges old and new, views across water, old industrial buildings that will make way for new waterside residential building. The ambitions are high but progress is slow. Not much of the grand plans has been realised yet. When will the docklands dream be finally complete. Not for many years yet, but at least we'll be able to look back at how it was in its early stages. That's actually why I make these videos!
