Cow dung Dhoop :
Ingredients :
Cow dung cake : 1
Benzoin /Sambrani : 3 spoons
Camphor tablet : 2
Ghee : 1 spoon
Preparation : To cleansing our homes with good fragrance, take one cow dung cake and make it 3 pieces and keep in clay lamp. Pour Ghee on it then 2 camphor tablets. Then lit the camphor. Fire will rise and after 2 minutes dhoop/smoke will come out. This is good as it wards mosquitoes. We can use for children after head bath for reduce of cold. We can use for plants also for healthy growth.

Preparation of Mysoor pak sweet :
Ingredients :
Besan Flour : 300 gr
Sugar : 1 kg
Ghee : 150 gr
Oil : 1 kg
Food colour : 2 pinches ( yellow preferred )
Preparation : Take big pan add sugar and 2 glasses of water and keep stirring. On other stove put container and add oil and ghee and make heat continuously. Sieve the Besan Flour and add food colour. When sugar soup gets bubbles, we can add besan flour to sugar soup and stir continuously without break. Add heated oil and ghee mixture each time 2 scoops, while stirring besan sugar mixture. Do not stop stirring. If we stop stirring, besan may stuck to pan and turn black. Keep on adding oil and ghee mixture and stir till the besan flour and sugar gets cooked well and make thick puffy sweet with good smell. Transfer the sweet in to wooden frame or steel plate or rice plate. After 10 minutes we can cut the sweet in to required shapes and size.
