Despite the bail, Kejriwal remains in jail under CBI remand for related charges. The court emphasized his rights to life and liberty and reiterated previous bail conditions, including a ban on visiting the Chief Minister’s office. The court also referred broader questions about arrest and bail conditions under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act to a larger Bench.
