After taking revenge on Doctor Hatch following the events of Twisted Metal: Black, Frank "No Face" McCutcheon is now roaming the streets of Harbor City. Tracking and killing those he deems evil, he steals the eyes and tongues of his victims

He is obsessed with rebuilding his mutilated mug, struggling to create a new face for himself, one that will allow him to smile at his baby daughter without making her burst into tears.

After having no luck, he continues to collect the needed organs, all with the help of another known character, who's also deemed aa an outcast, Sam Boomer (aka "Severed Sam")

All hope seemed to be lost, until one night, Calypso reappeared from the shadows, offering both of them a chance to rebuild their faces and go back to living a normal life.

The only catch is that only one of them was able win: Whoever got the most kills.

Although hesitant at first, they both agree to enter the Twisted Metal contest once again in hopes of undoing the damage that had been done to their bodies.

This story is interconnected with 12-Pak, so whenever I get around to making the sequel to Severed Sam's story, the outcome will be different.
