Friday - Day 5 of 7 - Daily yoga for the working week:
Today, we'll be moving into the weekend with an energizing flow and an extended Savasana pose in the end. This practice is about building up energy and conserving energy at the end of the workweek. The movements are light, breathy, and rather brief, so that you're left with energy to spare for anything nice you've planned for the weekend ☺️
We'll start the practice with seated poses, moving the spine and shoulders, then progress to a few standing poses like Triangle, Tree and sidebending Half-Moons. We'll end the practice with poses lying down before enjoying a long rest in Savasana.
You don't need any props for this all-levels practice unless you like to use blocks under the pelvis or hands. Also, you can bring in any props that will help you make Savasana pose as comfortable as possible.
