Soaky Mountain Waterpark is a fairly new water park in Sevierville, Tennessee. Located across from the Wilderness at the Smokies Resort, this park features two water coasters plus a series of other exciting slides. And many of those attractions utilize the hilly terrain! This is why I think it has now claimed the title as the best water park in Tennessee.
