Apart from the fact that you might be able to enhance role-play experience and get better prices... This also means that people who have off-sale and limited vehicles will be able to sell them. People like you can buy them for a price that they most likely set, and then get a vehicle that is no longer on sale. Especially considering some vehicles we might not have known were going to go off-sale because of them getting removed. This is a great way to get a vehicle that you really wanted back or a new one like a limited vehicle that you weren't able to get your hands on.
