TIG Welding Mild Steel: Stunning Detail with Cavitar Welding Camera C300

Описание к видео TIG Welding Mild Steel: Stunning Detail with Cavitar Welding Camera C300

TIG welding is a precision welding technique that requires skill and finesse and when you're welding mild steel, you need to be careful to achieve a seamless weld. Today we look at a Tig 105A weld shot with Cavitar Welding Camera C300.

With our Welding Camera, you can record your welding process in stunning detail, capturing even the smallest nuances that are invisible to the naked eye. And that's precisely what we see in this video - the formation of a HAZ (Heat Affected Zone) in the filler wire just before it melts into the molten pool.

You can observe how the color of the filler wire changes from blackish/dark gray to light gray/near white color cylinders, moving from the tip of the filler wire to the molten pool. This is a result of the heat being transferred from the tip of the filler rod along the filler rod until the tip of the filler rod reaches the melting point and the filler wire transfers into the molten pool.

Overall, this video demonstrates the precision and finesse required for TIG welding mild steel, and how the Cavitar Welding Camera C300 camera can help you capture even the smallest details of your welding process.
