Lisky Single Jersey Open-Width machine combines all characteristics of Single Jersey machine and "NO folding mark” characteristic of Open-width machine.

Human-based consideration design provides easy-operation for technician in various regions, problem can be solved promptly when machine stops due to malfunction, the machine is readily understandable and efficient. Single closed-type Cam design with special steel material processed by CNC and special heat treatment, the wear proof and interchangeability are high, it keeps the needles moving smoothly and produces high quality fabrics. Unique and patent design of no-dust accumulated cylinder made of special alloy steel is very accurate and stable. The transmission system is controlled by imported inverter, the machine can starts, slowly rotate or jog smoothly. Multi-function control panel is fully user-friendly and easy to operate. The main gear is lubricated by oil-soaking, the machine starts smoothly, the enhanced machine frame is firm and reliable, the operating noise, abrasion and power consumption are low.

New type machine frame:

Computerized 3D simulation technique CAD is applied to the design to improve the machine frame, enhance machine main structure firmness. Shock-proof devices are applied to the machine steel base to ensure the accuracy and stability during high speed operation in long term. New type of modular top ring support requires less space, it is simple, light weight and interchangeable, there are 2 extra air spray for cleaning the machine to prevent dust accumulated.

Transmission device:

Computer-aided engineering (CAE) is applied to gear static analysis an

d transmission simulation to minimize the defect of gear design, the machine is more stable in operating, the performance is better and the fabrics is perfect.

Open-width takes down system:

Unique and patent design of efficient open-width take down roller equips with hydraulic cushion, there won’t be any breaking mark on the fabrics when machine suddenly stop during high speed operation, also minimizes the damage on the main plate gear. Special design of spread roller makes fabrics rolled down perfectly without folding mark, the fabrics is fully usable without waste, the cost is lower and the profit is higher. Our machine can fix the size and tension of the fabrics to meet the required size and GSM from customer. The speed adjusting device makes the fabrics intensity even, it is convenient and easy to operate, save time and manpower.
