Quezon City Fourth District Rep. Bong Suntay on Friday faced complaints for supposed violation of the Safe Spaces Act, the Magna Carta of Women, and the code of conduct for public officials over his sexually suggestive remarks on actress Anne Curtis. Carrying a banner with the phrase “Hold Misogynists Accountable”, the group World March of Women (WMW)-Pilipinas marched to the Office of the Ombudsman to for the filing of the complaint, two days ahead of International Women’s Day on March 8.
