Hey friends, if you like extra thick yogurt but don't want to deal with the hassle of straining your yogurt THIS is your go-to hack! It's super easy and only requires adding 1 ingredient to your usual yogurt recipe.

Instructions for 1 gallon of yogurt:

Heat milk up to 180 degrees, then take off heat.
Allow milk to cool down to 135 degrees
Stir 1/4 c of starter (yogurt w/live cultures) with 1/4 c of the warm milk
Stir in 1/4c of granulated gelatin into the starter/milk mixture, adding more warm milk as needed to incorporate the gelatin.
Pour the gelatin/starter mixture into your warm milk, stir.
Set instant pot on 'yogurt' setting for 6-12 hours
Once time is up, place yogurt in fridge for 6-8 hours to allow to set and get firm.
