Why Sasuke's Strongest Jutsu Sucks In Every Single Way

Sasuke Uchiha is one of the most important characters in Naruto. He awakens the Rinnegan in the Naruto Shippuden War Arc, but his strongest and most important Rinnegan abity is hot garbage. In fact, it's the most poorly written jutsu in Naruto.

Amenotejikara is an inconsistent jutsu that half of the time functions as a glorified substitution jutsu, and is completely broken the other half. Sasuke vs Naruto, Sasuke and Naruto vs Madara, Sasuke and Naruto vs Kaguya, these are the main fights Sasuke uses Amenotejikara, and the manga doesn't make a good job with the jutsu.

Even in Naruto vs Sasuke, which is a fight everyone like, the jutsu wasn't written very well.
