What is going on here?

I have a large collection of retro PC hardware and games. I've decided to play each of the games for at least 1 hour to see how they are.

Theme Hospital Episode 2! Took a bit longer than I thought, for some reason I couldn't cure slack tongue, not sure what did I miss but managed to pass the level.

Capture:
VGA output goes into a VGA Splitter. One cable connects to my monitor, and the other goes into the Gefen VGA to DVI Scaler. From there, a DVI to HDMI converter takes the signal into the Elgato GameCapture 4K60. As for sound, it's a bit simpler: a 3.5mm splitter; one side connects to my headphones, and the other goes to my capture PC'sFocusrite Scarlett 2i2 3rd Gen. Everything comes together in OBS.
