Top Hat's character arc - Tugs history

In TUGS, there is no other character to be as snooty, upper-class and hilariously iconic as Top Hat, however he has a subtle character arc over the 13 episodes, and I'm here to tell you about it.

This is an analysis video I've been procrastinating to complete (lol), but I decided to finish this, since it's been about 80% complete for a while.
