The update took over those 2 months, where the most difficult and time-consuming element was creating the free camera mode. A full list of changes is given below:

Camera Locked

A locked camera is the one with which the game has been designed in mind. We've added some features for the players:

set the rotation on the right analog to ‘smooth turn’ or ‘snap turn’
the feature of inversion of rotation

Camera Free

As requested by the players, we've been working for 2 months to create a dynamic camera that follows Ven. It automatically moves up and down, and the rotation feature itself makes the view always show Ven from a third-person perspective by default.

This free camera mode certainly offers a completely new experience, but we want to point out that this camera is for players more resistant to motion sickness. We provide many settings thanks to which the players will be able to adjust the parameters to make the gameplay in this camera mode as comfortable as possible:

rotation speed
rotation inversion
motion smoothing
smooth turn / snap turn rotation option

Haptic vibration

We've added a lot of haptic feedback when Ven attacks, dies, smashes crates, collects runes etc. - it definitely adds a greater sense of immersion :)

Audio fixes

We have analysed each level and eventually addressed over 70 sound issues. Many missing sounds have been added and then all adjusted again.

Ven can speak :)

You have mentioned the lack of any clear information when Ven dies. So we’ve added a lot of dialogs for Ven - audible not only when he dies but also when he comments on your gameplay a bit from now on. :) Ven dialog options can be turned off in the settings.
