Day 7 – Kazan

My 7th day of Russian trip started at early morning from St Petersburg to Kazan via Rossiya Airlines. But after landed in Kazan airport ,it started weird that the internet stopped working. It was a panic situation because all of sudden it felt alone in the area.Searched across the airport but no sim counters available and nobody either supporting as well.
Then luckily one lady at coffee shop understood the requirement and helped with me to tether her hotspot wifi and helped to book Yandex taxi to hostel.But after reaching the hostel the things get even worse because wifi was also not working and host said there is drone attack from Ukraine ,because of that government disconnected the internet. I didn't buy that justification and started walking to the sim kiosk to check what exactly happened.
In between met some people who was really helpful and I reached a Mall where they have beeline sim counter and they also confirmed that the Internet is disconnected till 3 pm of every day due some restriction and it will work after that. then I took metro to kremlovskaya station ,it cost only 43 rubles for metro coin. Near to this station there is Kul sherif mosque. I joined for Jumua there.
