Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 Project - Ep.1 - Kicking things off

It's time to get on with the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 project, and I started by pulling off some of the unnecessary parts to declutter it a little and get a better idea of what direction I'll take the build.
It gives a good opportunity to have a look around the Interceptor and get an idea if it's going to be as easy to work on as I first thought.
Join me as I modify this bike as a rolling project. The idea is to do a bit at a time without taking it off the road. Jobs you can do at home during the week and still get out to ride at the weekend!
