I wanted to make the video quick so I will thank to the individual ( C S ) who commented this on one of my videos (   • AMD RX 7900 XT(X) FREE performance up...  ):
"that sounds like you raised the vram clocks too high. You raising the max clock did nothing though. It was already set higher than the card would boost. Raising the min clock actually can improve stability. Min and max should be set 100 apart with amd cards. It will still allow the clock speed to go below the min, just not under load.

Run timespy or something with the settings you have now. See how high the clock boosts. Set the max to around that level and the min to 100 less. You'll have much better stability."
