BEREC and OECD Webinar on QoS and QoE , Part I, 23 June 2020

BEREC in collaboration with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) organized a webinar with the focus on the customer experience of electronic communication services through Quality of Service (QoS) and Quality of Experience (QoE).

The webinar was divided into two parts. This video is related to the first part (23 June 2020) and it focused on QoS, its role in communications markets from both BEREC and OECD perspectives. During the webinar, the speakers also had a discussion on how the QoS could contribute to enhanced connectivity. The National Information Society Agency (NIA, Korea) and the French National Regulatory Authority (ARCEP) shared their experience on the question in the matter.
