Ousman Umar is a social intrapreneur who is NASCO Foundation’s founder & president. After crossing half of Africa on a 5 year journey, Umar crossed the Sahara on foot, crossed the sea on a boat, and saw many of his traveling companions die on the way. In 2012, Umar founded NASCO, an NGO based in Ghana and Barcelona, which provides equipment and education in Ghana. NASCO Foundation believes in saving the lives of thousands of people who deserve access to opportunities and information before risking this trip.
