At every Catholic Mass, there is a deeply sacred moment when the priest, standing in the person of Christ, elevates the consecrated Host for the congregation to behold. In that quiet, holy pause—when heaven seems to touch earth—we witness the mystery of transubstantiation, where bread becomes the true Body of Christ.
