A quick overview of the process of getting an LS engine started on a stand using the stock wiring harness and junction block.


Remember that you need to delete VATS before trying this. You can either pay a tuner to do it, or buy HPTuners.

Critical pins on the back of the fuse block:
A9 (Connector Block 1) - 12v+ Ignition Switch Input
F11 (Connector Block 2) - 12v+ Crank Signal Input
F1 (Connector Block 3) - 12v Fuel Pump Relay Output



 Since I'm swapping this engine into an OBS Chevy C1500, I used an ACDelco EP381 fuel pump to replace the original low pressure TBI pump: https://amzn.to/2zgjn34
