The Council has issued a notification regarding the fee structure for enrolment of Class XII students starting from the academic session 2025–2026 under the Semester System. This applies to all Heads of Institutions (HOIs) and students under the Council's jurisdiction.

Enrolment Charges per Student (in Rupees):
Semester Enrolment Fee Form Processing Fee Convenience Fee Total Fees *Centre Grant Net Fees to be Deposited to the Council
Semester III 155/- 30/- 30/- 215/- 25/- 190/-
Semester IV 155/- 30/- 30/- 215/- 25/- 190/-
Supplementary Exam (Sem III) 50/- per paper — — — 25/- —

Late fine per candidate: Rs 150/-

Note:

*Centre Grant of ₹25/- per student is included in the total fee.

For supplementary exams of Semester III, a Centre Grant of ₹25/- per student per paper applies, but no fee is deposited to the Council.

This structure will remain effective until further notice.
