Karate Black Belt Describes Being Thrown by Tai Chi Expert

Introducing Matt from his channel Funkalopigus, sharing a couple of stories of his first hand experience of being thrown around by Adam Mizner at a Heaven Man Earth Tai Chi workshop and describes beautifully how it felt.
