SHE'S A BICKERSTAFFE!

The Katie K is a beautiful 57ft Cruiser Stern narrowboat, expertly built by Bickerstaffe Boats in 2019.

Bickerstaffe proudly exibited 'The Katie K' at Crick Boat Show in 2019, where she captured the attention of boating enthusiasts and industry experts alike. Her exceptional design and craftsmanship earned her a feature in the New Boat Review section of Waterways World, where she received glowing praise and rave reviews.

Stern: Her square stern design offers enhanced usable space at the rear, featuring an excellent forward-facing cockpit with a full-height pram canopy. The aft cockpit has a raised steel dodger enclosing an upholstered seating area complete with space for a folding, removable wooden table. The canopies effectively extend the boat's living area, making The Katie K an ideal choice for both residntial use or continious cruising.

Galley: A central doorway leads down into the galley with a good sized cupboad either side. The galley has a L-shape to port with a shorter linear run of worktop opposite. The galley includes: Large 12v Swan Fridge Freezer, Beko 12v Washing Machine, deep Belfast style sink, Thetford 445 Oven / Grill, Thetford 4 burner Hob, Cookworks Mircrowave.

Saloon: Raised Pullman dinette to port which has a smaller coffee table as well as a full-sized dining table which can easily be converted to a double berth for guests. Pair of side doors allows ample of light into the seating area. At the front of the Saloon is a large free-standing sofa with a CHECK TV" TV opposite. There is a Morse Squirrel solid-fuel stove installed on hearth with insulated flue above.

Bathroom: Walk through bathroom with ceramic wood-effect flooring housing 900mm by 900mm quadrant shower on the centreline. Toilet is a ceramic bowl Thetford Cassette with tank accessed through a discreet hatch in the saloon.

Bedroom: The forward bedroom has a lengthways double berth which can be slid out to increase width. Storage is in the form of a large wardrobe to the port of the door into forward cockpit with small dressing table opposite, plus further cupboard storage above the bed. With the absence of a pump-out toilet, there is a huge amount of storage under the raised bed which is easily accessible. TV in bedroom that also runs from both 12V DC and 230 AC.

Fitout: Moisture resistant MDF below and above Gunwale, Ceramic wood-effect flooring in galley and bathroom, carpet in saloon and bedroom.
