Super float!

Met trots presenteren wij de VMG Super float!
Op het gebied van techniek en vernieuwingen proberen wij altijd voorop te lopen in de beton industrie in Europa.
Zo zijn wij de afgelopen tijd druk bezig geweest met het ontwikkelen van onze nieuwe composiet floats.

Onze 1200mm brede fresno float, en onze 1500mm brede bull float zijn gemaakt van een zeer hoogwaardige HMPE composiet die in combinatie met het unieke design de volgende eigenschappen biedt:

Ultra lichtgewicht, weegt 1/3 van magnesium
Zeer lage wrijvingscoëfficiënt
Volledig zelfdrijvend
10x slijtvaster dan staal
Goede glij eigenschappen waardoor weinig lichamelijke inspanning nodig is
Water en vuil afstotend. Beton hecht niet
Laat geen sporen achter
Brengt meer “pap” naar boven
Bruikbaar bij extreme werktemperaturen van - 35 tot + 60 °c

De speciaal afgeronde kanten zorgen ervoor dat er geen strepen achter blijven en alle banen naadloos op elkaar aansluiten.
Door het lage gewicht van de Super float is een breder werkoppervlak mogelijk met minder inspanning. Hierdoor kan een vlakker en gladder eindresultaat worden behaald vergeleken aluminium of magnesium bull floats.
In combinatie met de Rattle Stick is dit een waanzinnige combinatie !

Voor de 1200mm Super Float is een optionele nylon borstel verkrijgbaar.

In the field of technology and innovations we try to lead the way in the concrete industry in the Europe.
Recently we have been busy developing our new composite floats.

Our 1200mm fresno and 1500mm wide bull floats are made from a very high quality HMPE composite that in combination with the unique design offer the following properties:

Ultra lightweight, weighs 1/3 of magnesium
Very low coefficient of friction
Completely self-floating
It wear out carbon steel by 10x
Good sliding properties so that little effort is required
Water and dirt repellent. Concrete does not adhere
Doesn't leave any marks
Bring up more cream
Can be used at extreme working temperatures from - 35 to + 60 °C

The specially rounded edges ensure no streaks remain and that everything connect seamlessly.
Due to the low weight of the Super float, a wider work surface is possible with less effort. This allows a flatter and smoother end result to be achieved compared to aluminum or magnesium bull floats.
This is an amazing combination with the Rattle Stick!

On our 1200mm Super Float is an optional broom with brackets available!
