Chester: Handyman: wash/rinse flashing 2 times Fill Error Check for low water pressure, clog inline or plugged fill hose filter screens.

Chester: Handyman: Please try to check the pump system.
Chester: Handyman: Please clean the pump, filter and hose for any debris/blockage.
Chester: Handyman: If there is no blockage, you possibly have a faulty pump or control board.
Chester: Handyman: To test, we need a multimeter, set it to DC and check the actual voltage of the pump when your machine is in drain mode.
Chester: Handyman: If there is voltage but the water is not draining or the pump is not working.
Chester: Handyman: You have faulty pump, replace it.
Chester: Handyman: If there is no voltage, you need to replace the main control board.
Chester: Handyman: Another way to check the pump is by getting the resistance of the motor/pump.
Chester: Handyman: You must read 5 to 10 ohms (depends on model).
