Jamie interviews new Managing Director Mark Dyer | Evolution5

Mark Dyer recently joined the ‪@Evolution5limited‬ team in the role of Managing Director.

In this video, Jamie and Mark talk about their combined vision for Evolution5 and explore Mark's career from his earliest days as a YTS trainee who completed his carpentry apprenticeship through to his various roles at every level of the construction industry.

Mark, a self-confessed, "lippy chippy" is thankful someone spotted his potential which lead to his long and varied construction career with some of the industry's best known names including; Wimpey, Tarmac, Carillion, Barnes & Elliott and Morgan Sindall to name just a few.

Now, as MD of Evolution5, Mark is bringing vast experience to the team. Mark's vision is to continue building on the success of the company so far. As a 'people person' Mark is a staunch advocate that business success comes when you create highly skilled and motivated teams working to achieve high standards for clients whilst eliminating waste from projects at every opportunity - in line with the ethos of the Get It Right Initiative (GERI).

Together Jamie and Mark explore the exciting difference Evolution5 offer to clients by being able to provide both consultancy and contracting services. And why, far from being a conflict, this broad offering of skills and services, means the team is well-placed to offer agile, flexible and innovative solutions for clients.
