"A Bad Day" is a guitar duo featuring Sara Ardizzoni and Egle Sommacal, both based in Italy.

We come from non-academic paths and from very diverse musical backgrounds and we share a common interest in sonic territories not necessarily tied to the electric guitar, areas we've tried to explore using the tonal nuances offered by our effects pedals. We’ve intentionally avoided the use of loops, computers and electronic samples in order to remove grids and boundaries in our compositions, allowing also for a more organic, less artificial live performance. On the album — just like in our live shows — there are no overdubs or production tricks, just two guitar lines as the only voices creating multifaceted soundscapes and shape shifting architectures.
This album is self funded and self released and won’t be available on other streaming platforms.
