Roxy takes Shane to say good-bye to Gigi. The Doctor is about to ask Rex his permission about heart transplant when Natalie shows up. As Natalie tells Rex, and Bo tells Vikki - a heartbreaking realization happens. The doctors want to give Gigi's heart to Clint - and Rex has to decide.
