Various shots at Timishoara Railway Station as President Tito arrives by train at start of a state visit to Rumania. He steps from train to be greeted by President Nicolae Ceausescu, Romanian President of the Minister's Council Ion Gheorghe Maurer and other leading members of the Rumanian government. Various good shots, including tracking, as Tito and Ceausescu drive in open Mercedes through crowded flag-waving crowds. CU Yugoslavian and Rumanian pennants hanging side by side. Various shots interior building as talks get under way. Good MS & CU of the two leaders and other members of both governments. Various shots during a visit to an engineering works made by Tito during his stay. He sees demonstrations of fork-lift equipment and is warmly greeted by the employees. Various shots, night, as Tito drives back to station at the end of his visit through clapping crowd - lined streets. Various shots of the fond farewells at the station as Tito ends his state visit, boards train and it pulls out.
