In our recent case, the Hon'ble Supreme Court Quashed the whole false 498A case that the wife had filed against the husband his parents, and his married sisters.
When the whole family went to Telangana High Court for quashing their FIR, instead of quashing an FIR, the High Court granted them bail and directed the police not to arrest anyone and dismiss their petition.
when we challenged the same order in the Hon'ble Supreme Court the court saw that there were no specific allegations against any of the relatives and dismissed the FIR against the husband as his realtives.
Now this judgement is a landmark judgment and can be used many of husbands who is going through the same issues.
