Tuya Smart Life AT4PW Energy Meter Dashboard Issue - Real-Time Syncing Problem (kWh, Bill, factor)

In this video, I demonstrate the issue with the AT4PW energy meter integrated with Tuya Smart Life. The total electricity consumption (kWh), bill, and power factor data fail to update in real-time. I have set the data synchronization time to 1 second, and while all other data points (voltage, current, etc.) are fetching correctly, the electricity consumption, bill, and power factor remain frozen. These critical data points only update after manually turning the meter off and on. After restarting, the last data syncs but freezes again until another manual power cycle.

I've been in contact with Banggood support for over 10 days, but no solution has been provided. This problem greatly impacts the functionality of the meter. If you’ve encountered a similar issue or have any suggestions, feel free to share your feedback.
