Nerve paths in ALS patients are lost when the motor neuron cells in the brain die and fail to give a signal down the nerve path to a muscle. A devise called a SCENAR was developed tor the Cosmonaut program in USSR. It will send a signal up the nerve path and the brain will supposedly answer it back. I found the source of the real SCENARs in Atlanta and bought one. I paid to have the US representative of the company come an train me on its use. We believe that it would "rewire" a nerve path to some of Kristy's muscles and she would "regain" use of her hands or other body parts. This is purely on observation on our part. It was an expensive experiment (about $5,000) when all was said and don't. Would I do it again? Maybe. Did it extend her useful life? Maybe. let me know if you are interested. Maybe I could talk them out of a group discount type of thing. I wouldn't feel bad if you don't use it. I don't know if the cheaper "knockoffs" are any good or not. I have used it on an injury of my sister-in-law's and on the neuropathy of my neighbor and had what I would call miracle results. So I know SCENAR technology is not a hoax, but ALS is just a massive failure of the nervous system.
